I love fish, seafood, poultry, beef, and lamb for my flesh options. Just about any vegetable, most legumes, most grains, and most fruits.

From a purely scientific standpoint, Lobsters have a very rudimentary nervous system. Cows, pigs, chickens likely suffer far more pain.
