It would seem C perfringens is a potential culprit. Less so based on time of onset but in terms of food intake: B cereus. Cereusly!

usually food-poisoning has rapid onset, no? Aims mouse at Google toolbar. And notes ongoing obsession with pathogens, those little buggers!
wondering what food-born pathogen takes more than 24 hours to appear, has rapid onset and fairly rapid recovery in healthy-ish adults.
We've now figured out that of our holiday group of 4 women, 3 men, and 2 kids, the 4 women all got violently ill. Hardly seems fair, huh?
