@alanhogan Nice! I also have an opera widget for escaping but I'm a bit lazy ;) Besides, Håkon is used to having his name used in vain. ;)
So how about a casual Silicon Valley web geek meet at Dana Street Roasting in Mountain View, 7pm tomorrow (thursday)? http://is.gd/lQTc
of course that big hunka hunka raw salmon is nothing like the prawns @meyerweb ordered in Japan. Put on the grill ALIVE. I have video.
looking at Hakon's pictures from CSS WG Tokyo F2F Sushi dinner. Slightly envious that I'm not there. Chris L's plate! http://is.gd/lQQu NOM!
Yo yo South Bay! @zahnster and I are looking for a coffeehouse for a casual meetup tomorrow night. Suggestions? Interested in joining us?

@decembr14 I need to be drunk to understand Scotsfolk. The Welsh I can't understand no matter drunk or otherwise! ;)
There's always Boustrophedon. Something interesting must be available in a bi-directional language that can take up 140 characters.
in hysterics over some of the various word suggestions! Welsh scares me more than German, even Holzschlag has 2 vowels out of 10 letters.
Waiting for nate in Y!s purple purple palace. Did I mention the purple?
ok off to Y! to stir up trouble, er, meet with Nate and prepare our world domina, er "Black Belt Web Standards" workshop for MIX09.

@locusmeus Wow, Twitter can lay some claims to literacy! :: reaches into pockets and tosses all her change into the Twitterverse ::
So afaik, the longest word in English is antidisestablishmentarianism. That isn't 140. Any other languages out there can reach 140?

@mwiik how 'bout "anthropomorphization" which is actually the term I used. Hahaha. We are so so so silly.
forgive me, I actually went farther over the line. (Beevis Voice) Heh heh. She said "anthropomorphization"
But I'll bet you, my beloveds, that I'm the only person to have used the word "anthropomorphize" in a Tweet. Did I break the "rules?"
It isn't the technology, but the people/societies who find use. This is true of any almost any software.
Twitter, as in any human-made creation, is subject to anthropomorphization. We speak of it as if it were an entity that lives and breathes.
