@semiBad Yeah, you're right. What was I thinking? ;)
Replying to @blogdiva
@blogdiva well ain't you sweet? Good luck with the workshop - is it public and if so when/where?

@erikvorhes Oh, I've got a sense of mystery. It's just found elsewhere than in my "annoying hype terms" category.

@snookca my heart stopped just looking at those pictures!
I would define "cloud" computing as hype. If we're talking data sets across services, that's the tech we are working with every day anyway.
My fave answers were the two one-word ones: @adactio's "online" and @kneath's "bullshit" FTW!

@JHVanOphem no one. The general thought is that it is either data across sources (um, the Internet?); or wifi access at large.
Well, I asked for a one sentence definition of "cloud" computing and I got about 40 one sentence answers - all different definitions!
Can someone please give me a one sentence definition of the "cloud" in today's social computing. ONE sentence, please and thank you.

hmmph. If what the W3C really needs is bandwidth, it shouldn't be that difficult. Has it really become: if own bandwidth / then own web ?
I meant mother board, geez.

@heplays if that was a weird post you haven't been following me very long. Just wait.
Is it my imagination or do Adobe Air apps sometimes suck the power out of your mother?

@kdj I think Dr. Pepper is cherry cola basically, no? I'm not much of a soda drinker.

@_pants_ I think ginger beer = ginger ale. Root beer is the dark end of the root spectrum. Mazel Tov on your new home, btw.
G'morning! Haz tea and kitteh and a little fire in the little fireplace. Cozy!
