Michael n' I were talking about pork roasts. Years ago I ate a roasted whole pig, Sonoran style. It was roasted in a pit for about 20 hrs.
I love Vai and believe Joe's his teacher. I can visualize every note Satriani plays. Should I go back to guitar?
I listen to Joe Satriani and can see his fingers on the fretboard. The man gets the math in music and the music in the math.
@cazm Of course, my dear cazm. I wish I could be as mathematically precise as Satriani and Vai. I envy precision. I'm a sloppy artist.
thing about Satriani (and his mates like Vai, I admit) is that they understand not only their instruments but the math and soul of music.
thinking about Steve Vai's work with David Lee Roth. One piece of great acoustic rock music there: Good times, damned good times.
My campaign soundtrack shall be Joe Satriani's "Always with me, Always with you" - it's held me steady for years now.
