lovely. Seems like Ike got the better of my flight. Connecting airports all closed. I think I'm just gonna find a hotel & wait out the storm

@chrismjones I see a big difference between self-centered & selfish. We are by definition self-centered. We do not have to also be selfish.
right now the tiny, uncomfortable seat that's awaiting me on that plane seems like a bed for a princess.
@chrismjones Oh, we could share some war stories I'm sure! But however stupid & self destructive it's been, I believe most people are good.
Have to say I'm actually happy I'm on US Air today. Continental would go through Texas and probably be delayed or cancelled.
