@br3nda Me either! That's why I now have a serious ankle prob, doing too much moving around on an injured ankle. Still in pain 8 mos. later.
@br3nda Do you know the RICE treatment? Rest, Ice, Compression (brace or ace bandage), Elevation. Avoid heat. Ankles can be so fragile!
