BTW, Tucson "Meat Up" (I kid) has been moved to a non-Hooters location. T-minus 2.5 hours 'til the adventure begins.

I ended up making "spag bog" anyway. I didn't have anything fresh much less smoked eels in the house.
Thinking: Fine spaghetti vegan broth: Fresh mint, ginger, mixed mushrooms, spinach & baby corn. Smoked eel in broth or on side if desired.
Is now fixated on coming up with a spaghetti with eels and corn dish that would actually be appetizing. I've got some ideas. Foodies?

@affan wins first response! It is in fact the EELS. I love the Eels. First time I saw them was on a PBS special on TV around 1995.
