@ravidor: same story for me. But most American Jews, while discouraging tattoos, do not prohibit them outright & allow for Jewish burial etc
@intellibitz: I mentioned I was 17 when I asked my mom that. Now I'm 45. It wasn't the 90s. Or the 80s. And I still have no tattoos. ;)
