Actually debating NOT taking computer to family event since I will be back in my office by Friday. Why does this feel so very scary?
Home! Kitteh! And Mike and I leave tomorrow to visit my folks. My primary mode of transportation is clearly the airplane at this point.
My brain is having difficulty parsing English, apparently. That last question's syntax was truly invalid.

What is this stupid cultural need to speak as loudly as they can on mobile phones as possible while in public places?

@bibliogeek : Welcome to Twitter . . . YAY!
Worst. Security line. Ever. But free wifi and an on-time plane could make up for that . . .

@t wondering if there's an edge case for trolls.
Twitfriends: Did I tell you I love you today? If not: I LOVE YOU! I can haz nap now.
in the meantime, back to bed 'til they make me go. I've had fun here in San Diego, could stay longer but for Mom's 75th bday steak on Wed.
The date with Shamu was everything I'd imagined it would be (except that @annevk didn't factor into my fantasy before) Seriously, SHAMU FTW!
Me and @annevk are off to Seaworld. Will both of us return, or shall I introduce our dear Mr. Pedantic to the shark tank? We'll see ;)

@ryancarson: Congrats to you and Gill. Welcome to the world Jackson Lee.

@tommorris FWIW, the CSS WG made some positive changes & there was far more cooperation than blood spilled this meeting. Blog post to come.

@tommorris: That's assuming CSS 2.1 gets done. Certain CSS3 modules are in last call. CSS3 module recs before 2.1 is rec'd? Bizarre.
Seaworld today, so I'm thinking @annevk might end up in the shark tank. See, browser vendors CAN play nicely together. :)
Despite @annevk sayin' I was going into the harbor because no CSS WG members from MSFT went sailing, I'm dry. But it's not over yet . . .

@sock_puppet: I fear that you don't love CSS anymore. Your level of participation in this meeting has been sorely needed.

@sock_puppet: How's your glyph orientation?
variables and constants oh my!
