@andrewdotnich : that was from a first series episode of Life on Mars. Gene Hunt in the '70s. Didn't change much by the 80's it seems ;)

@poleydee: Oh yes, I'm a Life on Mars fanatic. I'm just not as impressed with Ashes to Ashes but the character of Gene Hunt is great!

@thehodge: I agree! The quality really dropped. But, I watch for the good things about characters, Gene Hunt especially. Bloody brilliant.
