@jimbomorrison I know, I'm naughty. But hey, since I can't actually *be* there in the flesh, I can certainly annoy via the ethers ;)

@SuperHTML5Bruce Been working on your pecs there, I see.
Here's @brucel in Laura Ashley and high heels, ready to start #FOWD HTML5 workshop in my stead. Hubba hubba! http://instagr.am/p/EUIHr/
@aral @rem Hey that's a great shot! And here everyone's saying he dressed in heels and Laura Ashley (like I'd be dressed in either, ha).
Now go listen to Brucie, kids. it's 5:22 a.m. here. I wanted to check and see that y'all are enjoying #FOWD and @brucel. MolsMissesYouAll!

@wnas okay, shhhh. It's between us. @brucel
Replying to @Sulcalibur
Yay @Sulcalibur! I'm so pleased. @brucel and I have known each long before HTML5. We even co-wrote a book around the turn of the century.
Replying to @wnas
@wnas doesn't it make @brucel's butt look big?
Replying to @jimbomorrison
@jimbomorrison well I knew he was going to do something like that. Like I'd be caught dead in Laura Ashley. Ha!
To my dear friend @brucel and all the folks at #FOWD workshop today - have FUN, learn lots, enjoy the day and the show. I miss and love you!
And some anecdotes are just visual. This was the night @zeldman decided to cut off his curls: http://twitpic.com/4y19f4
Oh, I have many anecdotes. One night we did an @meyerweb roast during a @nagw event (he'd keynoted the previous year). Hysterical.

@rachelandrew Thanks Rachel. Be careful what you ask for. Some might involve YOU ;)
And people don't want anecdotes in my presentations? Phooey. I have so many good ones. :)
They actually sang together for the folks in the room, and later that week they were featured on local news "Nuns Build Web Sites, Too"
Boston, 1999. Topic: HTML 4.01 (a year too early for XHTML). Back of room: 4 nuns in full habit. I'm like "did I walk into the wrong room?"

@StuRobson Let me try this approach: Some things are best left to the tellers of stories.

@StuRobson it was 1999! H.264 wasn't even a video standard 'til 2003!
