6 years and I am more peaceful and kitty sits beside me purring we are still so very much alone and I am in palliative care now perhaps soon to be with you not spiritually but literally underneath the Earth under which you're buried. No matter what I love you Ray. No matter what.

Thank you for kindly for contributing to the extreme awful realities of bone marrow failure disorders shame on you or did you mean to do that? A little extra money for that vacation? Glad I could help. #prescribedharm

Hematology his practice and the two most dangerous drugs #prescribedharn wàs fluoxetine. Antipsychotics used very rarely also. Both now have been documented to have suppressed leukocytes neutrophils and platelets to an extreme. I'm improving but slowly especially fluoxetine.

Whether a medical patient when coming in for therapy and psychological review the first step should be gathering the information necessary to evaluate you as a whole person. This isn't even happening in medicine. My palliative PA did. My hematologist does. Last one who did 2013.

Were you ever given a full Medical physical, x-rays, any form of additional information for your files or did they just talk to you or at you or reach for a prescription pad first? #prescribedHarm

What about any injuries to any part of your body especially your head and spine neck or anything like that? A physical exam of any kind? Any referrals to neurology or neuroscience? #prescribedharm

For my friends following along in #prescribedharm and healthcare discussions I have some concerns to express and questions to ask. First were your previous full Medical documents requested, red, did you give family history of all medical? Prescribed and other drug use history?

I've been in palliative care now for 2 weeks and it has been liberating absolutely something and all the years of very serious medical problems I have never witnessed or experienced. It may sound like death and dying but palliative care is about living. youtube.com/BI-CnsKyOuk

If you could change one thing about the web right now either as a user or a person who works with it everyday what would it be?

Even I a big mouth obnoxious woman who won't give it a rest has more dignity than that at least I believe so for I did my very best and I will continue to make the effort as long as I am able no matter what it takes I can't leave a dream so important and so freely gifted.

The problem I see now is the barrier to entry we wanted to make it easy it should have been declarative not functional l. Is short-term gain so very important that it can override long-term vision. All still exist we can course correct. Laying off your best abusing employees?

The work done by Vint Cerf, Al Gore and Sir Tim Berners-Lee do you ever think about what it took totake a USA military project, give it to citizens for free, to progress it, to build collaborative open ideals that could be used to better collaborate, communicate not to destroy.

I had full disability by 21 the web was my entrance into a better world a better life and I was able to travel and so much joy has come from those days but they are limited in time and reality and there are so many people far worse off in this world I fear deeply for them.

It's a tragedy that something like covid has had to teach us about human isolation and what it can do to a person who is used to social interaction. not totally our fault I know it's partly the lack of education and resources and a desire for short-term profits over humanity.

Are we software engineers or web developers, who collaborate interoperably, do not worsen a conditiom. assume there's no digital divide. My technology is not privileged .my user needs are noI by üßut close to destruction. This isw the majority of users everywhere

While we were able to patch our way however difficult it was through the 2000s it's no longer viable for the vast majority online nor is it affordable nor is it van with friendly nor are many of us able to manage Authentication. In fact voice to text is making my condition worse.

Anything that's obfuscated or what we call an app is a software paradigm or paradigms99⁹o that do not make the world wide web,, they make software. I never did want to be an engineer I wanted to share information, collaborate, have interoperability and accessibility for all.

Since the 90s I have challenged the status quo web developers who did not want to learn markup as a language as it was irrelevant. I was also told bandwidth is abundant most people have plenty. it's not an economic hardship in most places. I knew it was wrong and yet I let it go.

There is no worse problem in accessing the Web for me right now than multiple devices with uninteroperable browsers and OSs due to multi factor authentication using only email or SMS. It's a nightmare. I PROTEST IN THE NAME of #a11y
