How is it possible that we’re polling ahead of someone by 10 points and he gets a regular appearance on primetime CNN while they will not allow me on at all? @abbydphillip @CNN
Also in our interview tonight, I asked @deanbphillips about the comments he made about VP Harris in a new Atlantic interview:

Poverty is an emergency. Hunger is an emergency. Having to live in your car is an emergency. For a society with any kind of a soul, a permanent underclass of people discarded by the system would be considered a moral emergency. 3/3

For millions of Americans life was already an emergency, and telling them the emergency is over is simply telling them to go back to the one they were already living through. 2/3

The Biden administration restarts student loan payments saying "the emergency is over." The reason Covid was considered an emergency is because the rich as well as the poor were affected. 1/3

Democratic presidential candidate @marwilliamson told me on my @SIRIUSXM show that most Americans can no longer attain the American dream, and I think she’s right.

We the People aren’t powerless, we’re powerful beyond measure once we pierce the illusion. All it took was one person leading the charge, saying “Hell no, we will not go along.” We can do that in politics too.
BREAKING: The @UAW announces that its members at all Big Three automakers have ratified new contracts — with pay increases of 33% between raises and COLA. Overall, 64% of the workers voted yes. This historic contract marks a huge step forward for renewed labor power.

Thank you!
All this talk about “I can’t believe we only have a choice between Biden and Trump” like do we need a civics class yall? 1) We still have the primaries and the younger generation of voters is OVERWHELMINGLY looking for something new. We have the ability in the primaries to choose who we want to represent the democratic vote. 2) we have OPTIONS. If we collectively organize our voice and vote in a different candidate, we have a chance to beat trump. 3) Biden is not only senile, he is a dangerous, warmongering, aid of genocide and he is a liar above all. We DO NOT need to accept that he is our only option or somehow less evil. 4) HE WILL NOT BEAT TRUMP. There is no fucking way you old heads are gonna convince these kids that they NEED to vote for this man, so instead of throwing our hands up and giving up, we need to choose another candidate that actually has a chance. 5) @marwilliamson is the only democratic candidate that has even a modicum of respect from me. She’s not only called for a ceasefire, she has a plan for a diplomatic, peaceful solution. I don’t agree with her on everything but I promise you I agree with her on way more points than I do Biden or Trump. She will be getting MY vote in the primaries because my dumb ass still has hope. She also has a bunch of other amazing ideas about how to spend OUR TAX DOLLARS appropriately so that WE THE PEOPLE are the ones who benefit from our investment into these systems. You can check that out here marianne2024.com 6) LOCAL ELECTIONS MATTER!! I hope this moment has helped you understand that your Congress people and Senators MATTER! Look into who you’re voting for. Don’t just vote according to your party, vote according to who in that position is going to care about their constituents. If you’ve been calling your reps for a ceasefire, it should be really easy to tell whether or not they are bought out by lobbyists or if they care about the people in their communities. VOTE ACCORDINGLY!! These people matter and are gonna matter majorly moving forward because the Supreme Court has been high jacked by “conservative” bought out puppets of corporate America & their in FOR LIFE. 7) Most of these politicians are owned by who gives them money. Look into who is funding a candidate’s campaign before you choose them. Don’t go into the voting booth unaware of who anyone is on the ballot and just picking people cause they align with your party, RESEARCH. If we’ve learned nothing over this month, we must have at least picked up that these people are money affiliated, not party affiliated. (I’ll be sharing more tools as elections roll in next year). 8) BE BRAVE! Don’t let them scare you yet. We still have power here, but we need to use it strategically and appropriately. Food for thought🌊

“Bidenomics is working” is not a winning message - because for way too many people it’s not.

What’s infuriating about the establishment Democrats who go apoplectic re Trump’s increasing authoritarianism is not that they’re wrong. What’s infuriating is their refusal to recognize that the way to counter it effectively is to offer people a more attractive alternative: MedicareForAll, tuition free college and tech school, subsidized childcare, a guaranteed living wage etc. They actively suppress the voice of the one Democratic candidate whose message would defeat Donald Trump. It’s a heavy load to compensate for, but we will. Marianne2024.com

2,000 was the year when a world class environmentalist won the Presidency and was denied the job. That was the election that was actually stolen. Between the Iraq War and the implosion of our ecosystem described below, Gore’s loss was one of of the greatest tragedies in American history.
Your regular reminder that the world is still not doing nearly enough to avoid dangerous warming If we'd started in 2000, emissions cuts of 3% a yr would have kept us below 1.5C Now, they must fall 18% *every yr* – or we have to use "negative emissions" carbonbrief.org/unep-humanit…

A powerful story of personal generosity. 1 in 4 Americans live with medical debt for no other reason than the institutionalized greed of insurance companies. No amount of private charity can compensate for a basic lack of social justice. #MedicareForAll washingtonpost.com/nation/20…

America sets our young people up to fail more than we set them up to win.
Gen Z and millennial adults are having a hard time achieving the same milestones their parents did when they first ventured out into the workforce, such as finding a job, getting promoted or buying a house, per CNBC.
