I was always moved by the NFL players kneeling, because men who had attained great success within the system were saying that had not been bought off, that they remembered those underserved & disserved. What’s happened to us that we’re so afraid of healthy disagreement & protest?

No, because that would be disturbing the business! That’s the point here. The players were NOT doing anything during the game. This was not affecting their playing. This was a silent protest during the National Anthem.

Yes, they were greatly disturbing the business. There was a huge decrease in revenue caused directly because of the protests and the disrespect to the flag and our anthem. Seems to me an employee who is disturbing the business should be fired.

I still just don’t understand how someone silently kneeling is a burden on anyone. It’s only a burden if you’re judging their politics. I don’t have a problem with those who stood OR those who knelt, because both were respectful. But I do have a problem with shutting people down
