I was always moved by the NFL players kneeling, because men who had attained great success within the system were saying that had not been bought off, that they remembered those underserved & disserved. What’s happened to us that we’re so afraid of healthy disagreement & protest?

You can protest whatever you want, but not on someone else’s dime. Your time on the field... you are an employee, act like one. Protest on your own time.

it’s too bad people can’t be as vocal and support these guys relative to the first amendment as pro gun people at shoving the second amendment down our throats! So much for free speech!

The NBA has the same rule in place against players protesting the anthem and has been in place for over 20 years. But no one has said anything about it or complained. The NFL players are employees of the NFL and must Follow their policies such as any other employee of any company

We have a fascist in the White House. Individual liberties which disagree with Trump are being taken away.

Money. In the NFL it's all about money.

I don't think we'll ever know the real answer to that question.

Don't you think it was worse earlier on? Like the 20's, 30's, 40's..... 70's; by this time seems folks were intimidated by government!

Furthermore.. government & its sectors have always been on folks in order to dominate! Like it or not we've been observed!
