Dem Sens got it right! Google Kamala H questioning of Gina Haspel. The issue of waterboarding is not whether it was legal but whether it was moral. Approving Haspel’s nomination (will probably happen because Repubs control Senate) would tell the world America has no moral center.

There is certainly a moral aspect, but the legal aspect trumps it. If timing was short & answers needed, I’m pretty sure our morality takes back seat to necessity. What if your child was kidnapped, buried in box, Ltd air? You have suspect but he’s not talking...
