It’s not always enough to just call a man out on bad behavior. Sometimes the woman who is married to him or the woman who is working for him needs to stop conspiring.

Yes and doesn’t happen does it? Common for families (incl. women) to turn a blind eye to sexual abuse in that family even towards children

Please reconsider this. There are so many dynamics at play. Her family livelihood, her children’s safety may depend on her compliance. My ex would beat, kick and choke me after he took the phone and car keys and swore I’d never see my daughter again... every time.
