Many say they're "traumatized" by the Trump era but that shouldn't be an excuse for not showing up now. People crossing the bridge at Selma, suffragettes force fed in prison -- all of them would have been traumatized. Other generations rose to the occasion, and now it's our turn.

continue their illegal, brutal occupation/siege. I wish you would take on this cause -visit Gaza and the West Bank now and it will probably change your life. If I were Jewish or Israeli I would not defend the horrific human rights abuses against the Pals. I just don't understand.

As a Jew I can tell you that many Jews and Israelis DO stand up against Netanyahu's policies, but blanket, anti-Semitic statements (oh yes they are) make it harder rather than easier. And I did visit the West Bank.
