Aging is like walking through a big house and every decade is a fantastic room. All of them are interesting but once you’re in one you’re not in the other ones anymore. The key is to explore the one you’re in, not try to retrace the ones you left.

Say more about this. This room has been filled with losses, change, and fear. Would like to know more about aging with more equanimity.

Forgiveness is always the key to letting go the past; atoning for our own mistakes and forgiving other people for theirs.Look at my book "Age of Miracles."
