The message of Jesus was not that we should love ourselves; it was that we should love one another as we so love ourselves. Some say we need to love ourselves before we can love anyone else, but the reverse is equally true.

I feel the fixation on ‘self-love’ is getting a little out of hand/ narcissistic at times x
