I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about this and the problem isn’t just that reparations are needed; there is an education gap of generations; even if we dedicated all our energy to education and then turned off income tax for 10/15 years it would take forever to bridge the gap.

It can’t just be an apology and cash. That def isn’t the answer. But something needs to happen. Even if we dedicated all our energy to black/minority education - the richest whites still full steam ahead not giving a fuck about helping our brothers/sisters

I agree. Do all the things tho? And how do we combat the fact that the richest most powerful white ppl will not be slowing down or even driving slow over speed bumps set in place? That power will be handed down and the OS of entitlement installed very early still.
