The mind goes directly to “What should we do?” - but when things are disintegrating dramatically our most powerful response is meditation. The rational mind alone can’t strategize a way beyond all this. Meditation changes probability vectors & paves way to new much needed insight

Mam you got it all wrong. Meditation does not integrate things; it rather takes you to nothingness.
