One week ago today, these 17 innocent people were killed by a gunman at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. It breaks my heart to see their faces and think about what will never be. But it’s important we DO look at them and work together to reduce gun violence in this country.

We know what to do; we just have to do it. Sane gun safety laws. Reduced gratuitous violence in video games, TV & movies. Social and emotional learning skills in the schools. And violence reduction - through prayer, meditation and forgiveness -- in our own hearts & our own lives.

and confront pharma-solution epidemic for mental health/ environmental illness/ structural damage caused in part from environmental toxins... SSRIs and other behavioural drugs have side effects. Guns, yes. And then lets address costs of medicating youth for profit and expediency.
I live in Canada and we watch predominantly US movies, TV and the games. The difference is we don't have guns. . And yes we have people here with mental health issues just like every other country on earth.
