It is very easy yo be fearful, just consume more media Marianne. So much of fear comes at us via all forms of media that for most of us overtakes reality because we spend more time there!

Maybe fear is just a bad habit like being stuck in the same old rut in the road. Getting unstuck could be the soul work of a lifetime or of several lifetimes if you look at the big picture.
