I don't know why some people choose bigotry. I don't know why some people choose racism. I don't know why some people choose fear. But I know why those of us who choose love choose love. We choose love because Love told us to, and Love is the Voice for God.

I think racism or fear is more an emotional reaction, you have to choose love and courage. I’m not sure everyone knows they have a choice.

1/My best sense concludes same as yours: fears. It's underlying cause of hate, bigotry, racism. Th false idea of 'separation' -- of differences & "us v them." When truth is; we r all th same, th differnces r only perceived, inside someone's thoughts. Love is our nature frm birth.

Self Love is what we have not achieved. Therefore, anything but Love is chosen by individuals because it reflects the lack of empathy and compassion for ourselves. We are denying the light of Love within.

I think all of it is based in fear. 100% of it. And we may not feel like it's rational or legitimate that people fear what they fear (uprising of black people, deterioration of moral fabric, etc), but it's still based in fear. First, we have to have compassion for the fear. 1/2

We are accidently teach #bigotry when we allow our children to be "picky eaters". Not trying a particular food due to the "appearance" is a type of bigotry, a prejudism. We need to teach our children to "try" the food, before we make the choice of not liking it.
