You'll want to try selling that line in Chicago and Detroit, where there are remarkable strict gun laws. I'd agree with reclamation of soul, but I'd put reclaiming unity of people (remember e pluribus unum?), or how about reverence to higher authority?

So glad to see pundits start to include tv, movies and video games as contributing factors in these horrific events. Blame should not fall entirely on "gun control". I believe we have grown a generation of young people who have lost the meaning of sanctity of life.
