You clearly don’t know what the term actually means. It was used appropriately and in proper context, just as Obama did when he used it. Do your homework - you have too much influence to not do so.

The problem is the current administration makes a concerted effort to use dog whistles whenever they can. It’s difficult to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they’ve repeatedly shown you who they are.
