Marianne...😏 It’s been going on for 16 years. The Great Depression, World War 1 and 2, Vietnam, the Cold War and the Gulf War were all shorter periods than this period of time. It’s no aberration. Perhaps, it’s the meaning we attach to the this period that’s leading us astray?
