The ascendance of an authoritarian President is a direct consequence of our failure to teach generations of Americans real civics and history. If you don’t learn the Bill of Rights, you don’t know to be appalled when it’s under attack.

We're witnessing the dismantling of the Deep State that has been in power for decades and has maintained control through both Democratic and Republican administrations. They aren't going down without a fight but go down they must. We should be thrilled but most are clueless.

True and if people don’t #LearnMMT they don’t know how to respond when our monetarily sovereign federal government says: “We can’t afford nice things like Medicare for All Single Payer and free public college.”
