The mystery that remains for me is that when I see interviews of Donald Trump from the 80's and 90's, he seems to have been a different person. Rational, attractive enough as a human being. Age alone does not change people this much. Something else is going on.

Personality disorders like NPD can be progressive. The repetition in his speech speaks to dimensia. The dimensia of a narcissist would look different than the dimensia of a person with insight and empathy.
