There is a big difference between effective pain management and opioids abuse. In many states, cannabis is a component of pain management. For many pain patients, the goal is maximum pain relief on minimum medication. But it is not static.

Thats false. For several years Heroin has been the initiating opioid. Fentanyl analogs are coming here from China,pressed into pills made to look like rx meds. Please don’t spread misinformation.

A woman on Facebook yesterday defended her 3 year opioid use by saying that after her kidney transplant THAT is what’s keeping her alive. My argument is that the anti rejection drugs are what kept you alive.
