I disagree that marijuana cannot be a gateway drug, but I do agree that big pharma is the king of drug abuse in our country and probably the only reason why the other drugs are illegal...they don’t want them cutting into their profits.

Not true. It’s people who abuse drugs that were not prescribed to them, often by taking someone’s leftover pills. Since 2010 prescription ODs have been decreasing. Also, if doctors treating their patients were the problem women would be the ones primarily dying..tbc

Women suffer from chronic pain illness & are given meds more than men, yet women are 50% less likely to die from an opioid OD. Laws getting in the way of patient care just cause more suicides & more ppl moving to illegal, cheaper, deadlier drugs just to be able to get out of bed.
