All you people greatly underestimate just how enormous of an infrastructure challenge the electricity issue is. Get a clue.

I'll give you a bit on the electricity issue, but not on water or food. And not electricity to hospitals and emergency shelters. It could be done.

Seems that USA Constitution fully protects American Citizens 🇺🇸 of the States ⭐️ but permit discretionary treatment for those who live in a Territory 🇵🇷. Not easy to depend on the Goodwill of the Congress/President in charge Rep/Dem/Independent

They are trying to get all the locals to move to the mainland so that real estate investors and those who own PR's debt can take over the island for tax shelter purposes...that is my opinion!
