Are you serious? I guess the 100's of sorties delivering medical aid, medical personnel, water, food, and fuel isn't enough? If it's not, take your ass down there and do something about it.
It takes time to rebuild from the ground up. Homes, buildings, water, the power grid.. all need to be rebuilt. Army corp and National Guard are there. I am sure they will welcome your monetary donations as well as your physical help.
