Because its people are poor and brown & our president is a racist. Plus, the mayor of San Juan, a woman, dared speak up against him. Our president is also a sexist, vindictive man unfortunately.
Yes, because their gov’t is corrupt! Other communities took resources, funding & guidance from FEMA and run with it, working together to build back..... PR’s gov’t hasn’t done such.
