Allowing no hearings, no democratic process, no expert independent analysis. No huge tax bill have ever been passed quickly, or like this.

I guess what comes around goes around. Your description sounds very similar to the Ocare process. Except your description is wrong. There have been hearings galore, & chances for Dems to weigh in. Bc their ideas are bad doesn’t mean no dem. process. They had nothing to offer.
