For those who saw my quote from A RETURN TO LOVE misattributed to Nelson Mandela last night on the CNN Heroes Awards show, here is the Mandela Foundation official correction: nelsonmandela.org/news/entry…. I'd be honored had Mr. Mandela quoted the words, but he didn't. An urban myth.

I didn’t watch the CNN heroes program. I’m surprised it is still attributed to Mandela. I have heard the error corrected many times through the years. It’s my favorite Marianne Williamson quote.

South African here 🙋🏾‍♀️president Barack Obama also quoted our beloved Mandela a while back and broke the internet and even then, I said who better, to quote the our legend. I LOVE your book and will not stop correcting people, but. I Hear you💐

Another of your quotes I love, "If I want my world to change, I have to change. If you want your world to change, YOU have to change."

I have often seen people use your quote as his. Just very pleased to see that he is still remembered. His memory and legacy has faded in South Africa but we are hope his friend Cyril Ramaphosa will bring it back.

You went far approaching a sage like Nelson Mandela. Nelson Mandela he did not seek the personal glory he fought to defend the right of his people he fought against a great human injustice and you are about to tell imaginary stories
