why do you think the corporations have worked so long to dismantle our democracy?

No conscious intention to dismantle democracy; only an amoral dedication to their own bottom line. Once $ was declared "free speech" & allowed free reign in politics (Citizens United case), ability of the average citizen to counter the force they exert became almost impossible.

Its way WORSE than that. Its a kyriarchic-klepto-autocracy !!! Way to insidious for just positive intentions. WE NEED TO FIGHT! Fighting with love in your heart IS possible.

Democracy is a slogan that does not express its truth and does not defend its goal. It has become a prisoner of individual and financial interests. Its moral character has become itself an element of instability and a cause of exploitation for nations and peoples.
