First they create a huge deficit with the tax bill, then they shrink entitlements "to tackle the debt and the deficit." After fires in California, resignation of Al Franken, and the US Embassy moving to Israel, this is the worst thing yet today. And I haven't even had my coffee.

The last 2 administrations handed the $20trillion deficit to the present administration. Another trillion over 10 years, not so scary. Prayer, Marianne, is all we have to bring balance.

It's the right-wings 11th Commandment to strip everything they can from those who need it, & give it all to those who do not need it. They do not serve nor represent the people, they serve their masters.

Both knowledgeable Dems and Rep have long agreed that the only way to have any significant impact on reducing the deficit would be to attack Medicare and Social Security.

Let’s remember, your buddy Obama added more to our national debt and deficit than any president in our history… And more to entitlements…! See the correlation??

The only time in my 20 years of working in this area that we saw strides of improvement was during the Clinton welfare to work time. We can care for the elderly & TRULY disabled, but everyone else needs to burn by working, receiving training, or education. More u do, more earned

They finally figured out that if you take enough money out of our tax base & create an even greater deficit, cuts and the abolishment of essential public services and our safety net for the elderly, sick, impoverished and disabled becomes much easier. Sad.
