This is not in any way to minimize the experience of women who were harassed, but it would be untrue to my own heart were I not to say that John Conyers was a good friend to me during my time in Detroit. I have known him to be a warrior for justice. I pray for him & wish him well

Hard to argue that. I'd feel pretty heavy hearted though if someone who was good to me did "these things."

Nice of you to be sincere. Society had migrated from disciplined to gossip & hysteria as a priority.

There is good and bad in everyone, there are achievements and failures, good deeds and mistakes in everyone also. With those in the spotlight though not only are their achievements magnified but also so are their mistakes.
