Mobilizing & showing up in force to vote for progessive candidates in 2018 is the only way to fix this complete lack of checks & balances in Congress & the Executive branch. I am a registered independent but will be voting heavily democratic next year.

Another example hiding behind word progressive. Remember freedom? Have you considered each time so called progressives restrict or direct others, you also take away freedom? What exactly do you view as the true reason for legislation?
Big difference between choice & being forced. Not one’s role to judge another for choosing a bi-racial or homosexual relation any more than they force another to believe it right, normal or even acceptable. We are people, unique in our individualality, but are not equal - by far.
I’m unsure your point except to note the over-dramatic reaction.
