We're glorifying every micro aggression these days to the point where seriously huge transgressions seem less terrible. The power to accuse should be wielded proportionately, magnanimously and mercifully.

All transgressions should be addressed but the punishment should fit the "crime". But ALL transgressions should be heard. This is society's window to begin the change needed for women to begin to be treated with dignity and respect. The glass ceiling cannot be shattered if not.
