GOP was successful today in moving the tax bill to the floor. This bill institutionalizes economic aristocracy in America; we'll see whether or not the American people are willing to accept that.

Get in the "Not gonna take this, uh, uh, no way!" mood, girl!! We have a lot of work to do in 2018. "Not optimistic" is exactly how they WANT you to feel. Don't acquiesce!

Yeah, well we need to be hopefully obsessed with making sure they don't.
But those things are a lot!

Remind me AGAIN how you & alllll your rich friends have SO helped lower the burden on lower & middle income families the last 8yrs.... I’ll wait..... you know... the dependency on gov’t that merely increases poverty & more dependence ALL while rich got richer

The poor in this country do not depend on government largess so much as the rich in this country depend on government largess. In the words of Martin Luther King Junior, "If they give it to the rich they call it a subsidy; if they give it to the poor they call it a handout."

Institutionalized aristocracy? Please explain. When Kennedy and Reagan cut taxes. Increased number of jobs and fewer people in need of government assistance. 8 years of 44 the wealth gap was widened. You were silent. Institutional aristocracy seems extreme. Am I wrong?

Increased wealth in the hands of a very few at the top does not in fact Increase wages or circulation of $ among the middle class. That myth of trickle down economics is proven to increase income inequality. These proposed tax cuts help the already wealthy but hurt everyone else.
