Large groups of desperate people are a national security risk, whether in a corner of our cities or another corner of the world. They become vulnerable to ideological capture by autocratic leaders & other pathological forces, which happened in 30's Germany and has happened here.

True, but a multitude of those supporting pathological forces/autocratic leaders are not in any way desperate...just ill developed with generational pathology, narcissistic, &whiny instead of grateful they have so much. Much of Trump’s base earn good money. Just grossly ignorant.
