We all agree stealing is bad, but there a difference between shoplifting and bank robbery and we punish them very differently. We need to apply the same sense of proportion to sexual violation; not every jerk out there deserves to have his life ruined or his career taken away.

Well said! Imagine the chilling effect on a young man asking a woman to dinner in this atmosphere. Thank God I am 72!
A caress not desired is a violation, in other circumstances it can be magical. We must keep the magic.
For God's sake stop the lefty cant. Gender binary? Really, it's millennial speak

People who are blowing things out of proportion for political gains are working to sabotage the movement for justice, proportional justice. It might even be intentional. But there are plenty of extreme cases out there, and we still must deal with them.

It's a slippery slope who is going to judge the severity of the harassment and how much it affected someone? Developing a grey area just opens it up to more infractions empowering predators. That's why a zero tolerance approach was enacted.

If you mean Charlie Rose? I agree. I think it’s an over correction, and that’s oxyMORONIC so we’ll say it’s very severe discipline. I’m stunned. The suspension was enough. It’s their loss this time😒. You know what it sounded like? A nerd trying to get laid, not a predator
