We all agree stealing is bad, but there a difference between shoplifting and bank robbery and we punish them very differently. We need to apply the same sense of proportion to sexual violation; not every jerk out there deserves to have his life ruined or his career taken away.

I'm confused, why are you describing the sexual harraser as a "jerk" and not a perpetrator?

Thanks for saying this. My wife & I were having this exact conversation recently. There's a definite difference between, say, inappropriate sexual conversation in the workplace, harassment, assault, and rape. Just as the legal consequences are different, the social should be too.

We can say the behavior is unacceptable, and give appropriate consequences, without engaging in a lynch mob mentality. Vengeance isn't justice, and it damages the person feeling the need for it. "Revenge is never full, it kills the soul and then poisons it."

Disagree, we cannot put up with lewd character anymore..change must take place..make all of them examples

We already do legally Harrassment is charged differently then Assult or Rape & victims age matters. It’s just the MSM & those interested in creating false equivalence that ignore distinction

How about worrying about those who are being sexually violated. That would be better use of your voice.

Maybe u ought to just name each person and say what their punishment should be since you seem to know all the details and truth of each case

The problem is that the number of women complaining is growing & we can choose party lines but if we do so, we don't have the right 2 even ask women in DC 2 report sexual harassment. B/c we have proven we won't listen unless the harasser is GOP.
