When gov't. is turned into the handmaiden of corporate forces, seeking to simply do their economic bidding rather than balance the effects of market forces with the protection of the common good -- as in now -- then we're in trouble.

This trend seems to be worldwide so we are screwed if we do not organize and push back for the common good and survival of a dignified healthy living.
