The US has subconsciously (on the part of some) reverted to an aristocratic system, in which only some are considered entitled to a fair share of America's resources. Education, health care, and opportunities for wealth creation should belong to ALL. THAT is the American dream.

No, it hasn't. From the beginning of our country, there have been those forces seeking to expand the democratic franchise as well as those who worked to limit it. It say it's never been done correctly is to deny Abolition, Women's suffrage, Civil Rights movement and more.
