When people say "Why did it take a woman so long to bring these charges?" who exactly was she supposed to bring them to? Speaking up to stop a man from assuming political power makes sense! Anita Hill all over again. We must stop the minimizing of women's voices!! Go Doug Jones.

This is the first time in history women have been taken seriously and the men have been shamed, fired and blacklisted for their crimes. As late as the '90s Clarence Thomas's price for gross indiscretion was to put "the honorable" in front of his name. So why would women speak up?

Let's not forget the innocent people that are entwined with the silence. Eventually somebody's got to say something but do it expeditiously so that the charges can remain fresh and the Innocents are protected especially the victim I have four sisters and a daughter I understand
